In the last 6 months….
• 5 days a week at the gym
• Hour and half sessions each time
• Carefully watching what I’m eating
• Dropped another 15 pounds of fat
• Starting to put on muscle
Everyday is a constant reminder that without you guys I am nothing. You have all always supported and loved me no matter how I have looked. Which, has always been one of my biggest motivators to stick with everything even when it gets hard.
