@SweetingPo53505 “I don’t know what they look like, either.” Keeping his tone light. It’s hard to imagine it; he’s had orange described to him as the feeling of sunshine on his skin, but burnt orange he associates with the smell of autumn.

@blindedserpent "Her fur is orange, more like a burnt type of course, really. Darker than Garret or Leander's hair." She said softly as she kept brushing the Kneazle that had decided to nap in her lap.

@SweetingPo53505 “Persephone…” Remaining petting her, his other hand reaches around for the brush. “What colour is she?” Fingers finally closing around the brush, he begins to carefully drag it through her fur.

@blindedserpent "Why of course. Kneazles especially are highly intelligent, after all. The one you're petting is Persephone." She said with fondness in her voice as she gently brushed another Kneazle.

@SweetingPo53505 The second his fingers feel fur a smile breaks out across his face, momentarily lost in his adoration with the creatures; it doesn’t last long, soon settled into an expression of neutrality. “I hear you give the beasts names.”

@blindedserpent Poppy smiled as she put the brush next to him where he could reach it, before she sat down nearby, smiling as she saw dear Persephone heading towards Ominis. That reminded her of meeting their friend when they arrived in fifth year...

@SweetingPo53505 “I understand.” He didn’t have any complains, there were worse ways to spend the day. Allowing his wand to guide his way, he soon takes his place on the floor of the kneazles’ pen, a hand held out towards them so they could decide for themselves whether he was allowed to touch.

@blindedserpent "Well, I have everything we need to take care of them, the food, brushes... I know we can do that with magic, but I like taking the time to properly do it without magic, you know? It gives them more attention."

@SweetingPo53505 It takes him a little longer than it should’ve to make his way down to Poppy, his fondness for petting any cat that crosses his path being the reason. But familiar vibrations from his wand alert him to her presence once he’s beside her. “Alright, where shall I start?”
