Jeb went to stage, looked at the camera and said any feedback is welcome and will help them long term for the betterment of the game. it never is too early to give feedback and drops dev cycle is only 3 months. the earlier you give feedback, the more likely it is to make it.

And about biome rarity stuff I'm talking about, it's not mandatory but it would be pretty useful in the context of the End so I consider it to be a likely likely thing they'd add in this context

@7Freeguy @victionist Kinda in a somewhat similar way as the Deep Dark being an Overworld take on Soul Sand Valley. I mean, a broken environnement with pools of a harmful liquid, and home to a slime. Of course it's not identical but it share themes that could feel redundant without a new context.

@HallMarvel01 @NovaWostra End generation doesn't really allow to correctly implement biomes, and a rework of gen algorithms is needed at some point to allow for biome rarity and size to not be tied (to allow for rare large biomes). We'd likely get changelogs about generation improvements 6 months before.

@NovaWostra The cube was a needed addition in some way. The biome is nice. Mixed about the blocksets, but cinnabar has a peak palette. Still feel like my final opinion will fully depend on the next additions, i still would like some drop / block for the cube, and an additional sulfur use

@Ace_Osman1 @NovaWostra Yeah but it means that it's a feature in some versions of the game, and with the gradual inclusion of VV features and their move from VV to the main game, like for the end flash as I pointed out, it seems like it could come at some point in the near future

@NovaWostra I have a bit of the opposite side of the critic. However large the biome is, you can simply get out. I'd rather have it as more frequent small patchs, so that you might encounter creakings unexpectedly in another forest because a small patch of pale garden was nearby

@hyperforg Or you tie a phantom variant to the End as a guaranteed encounter area, and add membrane to loottables. Making it mandatory to repair elytra doesn't change the fact that trying to get phantom spawn on purpose suck, making it too vital to get will only make it miserable to obtain

@MichGul1987 @reianis_ @SYCHONi_DjiNN Yeah but husks just spawn at a specific place. Phantoms spawn sometime, according to a player following a set of conditions and having an unincentivized behaviour and not dying. You can't have core features dependent on it.

@reianis_ @SYCHONi_DjiNN It's designed the wrong way around : "I can use my membranes for a new fun item" is nice, but fail to consider "to get this new fun item, I'll have to wait 3 nights without going in caves and face an unclear combat encounter event"

"Yeah but they can just wait until they encounter some" yeah that's what you say for a cosmetic, not a game changing mobility/building item or anything of this type, and show a lack of understanding of player behaviours
