@au0bzrh I also was more of a left-leaning individual. But I realized that their so-called « activism » was largely guided by an agenda. Also, leftists are as racist as right-wingers can be, whether it is direct racism or interiorized.

@SweiiZen I don't like labels, but I'd say I'm pretty left and agree strongly w/ many of her points. I just feel like it undermines the "anti-oppression" message to ignore some world struggles, whilst hyperfocusing on a few. Especially since Iranian oppression isn't at all unknown.

I’m so mentally drained💔, this whole war has been a roller coaster of emotions. I am so worried about a loved one in Iran either dying to the regime or by a bomb. I pray for them everyday.
