You were stronger than you thought you were and I wish you could have seen that.

It’s been over a year now since you left. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss you.

We miss you, sweet friend.

They always loved christmas

I’m still wondering if there was more I could’ve done to help them. It’s something I feel guilt about. Could I have done more to help ease their pain or was I helpless?

I wish you could’ve found another way, my sweet friend. It is not the same without you.

You have not been forgotten. You never will be.

I can’t say enough how much of a privilege it was to know them. They were really special. God I miss them.

Even though you’re gone I hope you know somehow how much we love and still think about you.

I miss you.

They were too kind for this world. They felt things so deeply. They took things so hard. They hurt hard. But they loved hard all the same. They were a shining light and even though that light has gone out, the world is brighter for having them in it for that brief time.

Today was rough. I just sat by their grave and cried for a bit.

I can’t believe they’ve been gone for 5 months.

It’s strange how grief works. It’s like a filter you see everything else through once it’s there.

Every time I go to visit them I’m hoping it gets easier but it never does. It still hurts. I really wish they hadn’t left the way they did.

It’s a tragedy that there is truly no one to blame for. Mental health and depression are difficult things to treat. Treatments are still imperfect and everyone is different.

One thing I would like to say is I hope none of their friends blame themselves for what happened. I believe they were fighting a battle inside that only they knew the full extent of. I get the feeling looking back on our talks that they even hid things from me and we were close.

Very bittersweet to hear about the new spinoff that’s coming. I know they would be excited for it.
