.@TurkishAirlines I guess you can change your “operational plans” without any penalty then. Appalling customer service. A simple request to help me and my fiancée with a problem you make and there’s “nothing we can do”.

.@TurkishAirlines after telling me that my complaint would be resolved by 5pm, they now ( 5:20pm) tell me I should be patient and wait to tomorrow. So, I have to scramble and re-book a flight within a few hours of it being cancelled, but you can take your time with my complaint?!

@NeilinEastbury @TurkishAirlines I know! So far, @TurkishAirlines have told us that the only way they can help us is if we fill in a feedback form online that they'll respond to in 7 working days. But our flight is sooner than that... not sure how that's going to solve the problem!
