Well done to the following children who earnt the PE certificate for showing outstanding sportsmanship this term during their PE lessons. Only one child is chosen from a class each term so it is always a difficult choice! @SwingatePrimary

YR exploring how the size, shape and material of a ball affects the movement when you kick it. The children were asked which type of ball needed the most power to hit the wall. @SwingatePrimary

@SwingatePrimary @SwingatePE Zac (sloth) won player of the match for his amazing effort in their 3-1 win today. He showed true sportsmanship when the opposing goalkeeper became injured and he ran to other side of the pitch to make sure he was okay. Very proud of him!

Well done to our hardworking sports crew who received their certificates and badges. They selflessly give up one lunch a week to support running sporting activities with the younger years as well as helping with PE throughout the year. @SwingatePrimary

Thank you to @rochesterindcol who brough in their level 1 sports leaders to run sessions with our Year 3 children. They ran a mixture of activities involving dodgeball, football and speed drills and our children had an absolute blast. @SwingatePrimary
