@jemelehill And yet the CDC changed the quarantine time. Hmmm. And you say, "That's not a health decision.". So the CDC is simply haphazardly handing out timelines for quantitative and social distancing for interests other than the health of the people? Say it ain't so!

For example, every media outlet should include that Delta CEO Ed Bastain asked the CDC to reduce the recommended quarantine time from 10 days to 5 for vaccinated people because of workforce impact. That’s not a health decision. The media needs to frame it that way every time.

When and if sanity ever prevails in our government, I expect this: Voter ID, a secure border, strong military, balanced budget, Congress not exempt from its own mandates, leaders honoring their oath of office by law, term limits.

In order to adequately meet the needs of our kids, the educator workforce needs massive investment, from expanding teacher training & pipelines, recruiting diverse educators, & improving pay + benefits like loan forgiveness that help make teaching a more sustainable profession.

Educators across the country are burnt out, overwhelmed, and under-resourced, resulting in a massive teacher shortage that leaves students without permanent teachers in their classrooms and parents, caregivers and other school staff struggling to fill in the gaps.

I *love* how last night's big coordinated-with-media reveal was that there was definitely no insurrection, but there were people texting POTUS folks saying "this is bad, say something." And then POTUS saying something (and getting banned). Some real Columbos up there on the Hill.
