AEW All In 2025 peaked at 9.6k viewers representing a 45% increase from the previous PPV offering, Double or Nothing. This would indicate roughly how many buys were received for the show on the Youtube Platform

@MisterJ831 No, I was implying that companies litigating over minor amounts against other companies is usually done when companies are in financial distress. seen this happen with football clubs

@mymindismuch @IVPvideos Funny how he has gone silent after I gave him a real life example of company/club only going after minor debts when in financial distress and letting them slide for years before.

@txtneckbreaker I'd weigh up the pro and cons based on how much the company needes the money. Lawyers aren't free or cheap.

@IVPvideos There are many real life example. Barcelona let Zenit get away for years with non bonus payment over Malcom, until 2023, they litigated because they were in distress theselves and needed the money. Same for Sampadoria & sporting over Bruno Fernandes.

@Switchblade97 There is not a single company in the world that wouldn’t sue for a $100,000 debt. You are out of your depth.

Actually I know from spending years working for a Life Insurance company managing an account with fourteen million of unclaimed property in it and making sure it balanced monthly. I own this basement, thank you very much.
Switchblade@Switchblade97

@IVPvideos I guess you'd know how the real world works selling bootleg wrestling DVDs from your moms basement.

@IVPvideos I never said AEW did anything wrong. It's their money & they have the right to go after their money. My point is that they will have weighed up the pro & cons & decided the pros in going after $100k outweighs the cons. Not every company would consider $100k worth litigating over

@Switchblade97 Right, smaller invoices they would sell to collections for a fraction of the amount owed. Queen Of The Ring came out over a year ago. Clearly they have made the efforts and this is what they pay their lawyers to do.

@IVPvideos So you should know that companies don't litigate over every unpaid invoice. They only do so if the amount is significant and as a last resort, because legal fees cost money and there actually has to be a chance of recovering the money if they win. Pro & cons have to be weighed up

@MisterJ831 Where did I say they shouldn't have sued? I commented because the timing is interesting that they have multiple lawsuits over money owed especially a paltry sum like $100k. As I said earlier, it's their money after all so yeah, they can sue but suing people isn't free or cheap

@gregorysomethin Same accounts in Jacksonville who let the Jaguars get embezzled for millions for years before they noticed.

It's interesting that the accountants over in Jacksonville went over the books with such a fine tooth comb & noticed such a paltry abberation, weighed up the pros & cons & decided to litigate over it when the Jaguars were embezzled for mills for years before anyone noticed.
ProWrestleTimes@prowrestletimes

It’s because of the timing. They’ve started multiple lawsuits recently and it comes across as AEW scrounging up money because a TV deal isn’t gonna come in and they’re headed to YouTube/MyAEW. It’ll probably cost them more than they are suing for to recover the $100k , especially considering how manic the production team behind that film acted previously.

@TheRoonMeister @Switchblade97 So your saying tony has no right to sue anyone for breach of contract because he doesn't run a publicly traded company? Do you know how dumb that sounds.

Money owed is money owed. The cable company that is worth billions will sue someone over a $400 debt. Don’t be obtuse.
