Why is @Bajaj_Finserv charging me of 4.72% on balance amount at Foreclosure while it is supposed to be 0 "ZERO". Against an outstanding of Rs. 30,05,381.40 I was forced to pay Rs. 31,32,018 on 19/3/26 including Foreclosure charges. Whooping Rs. 1,26,636.6 extra. Please help

@Bajaj_Finserv will make some efforts to reply my emails and confirm 0 interest on the days post 19/3/26. Also I was forced to pay ~21k extra than actual outstanding. Today on the call I was again asked to wait for another 4-5 Days. What's wrong with this NBFC & why?
