We're investigating player reports of a matchmaking issue in Ultimate Team and Clubs. We'll provide an update as soon as one is available.

We see that some players in the south western region of the US and northern region of Mexico are having difficulty connecting to Ultimate Team due to impact from their internet service provider. If you are a Cox, Spectrum, Optimum, or Uninet customer experiencing this issue, please reach out to your ISP directly.

Hey all. I just want to say that I (we) see the comments from players in Southwestern USA and Northern Mexico who are having trouble connecting to UT consistently.

We see your feedback coming in around kick off goals and we're we're working on defensive positioning improvements that would only take effect around kick offs.
Right now we're targeting this update for early October, and we'll let you know if anything changes.
