Patients over 18 who were enrolled in the study underwent operative hysteroscopy in an ambulatory setting without anesthesia and patients answered questions regarding pain level and tolerability shortly after completion of the procedure.

The aim of this prospective observational cohort study was to assess feasibility of office based operative hysteroscopy for removal of EP or RPOC by a hysteroscopic tissue removal system without anesthesia. @AAGLJMIG

Since the development of small diameter hysteroscopic instruments with operative channels, office based hysteroscopy has become more widely available. However, it has still been mainly offered to patients with intrauterine pathologies <2 cm in diameter. @AAGLJMIG
