Today we're working with the Hoxb8 cells (immortalized myeloid progenitors that can be differentiated into neutrophils). Our PhD student @juls_sala is applying lentivirus CRISPR/Cas9 to Hoxb8 cells to study the functional regulators of neutrophil maturation and effector functions

@AaronGoodman33 Tempi Syndrome (teleangiectasia, erythrocytosis, monoclonal protein, perinephric fluid collection, intrapulmonary shunt). A colleague of mine has a patient with this condition.
