@sirdanielbarton Sorry to hear you've also had a bad experience. It's awful. It's really ruined the magic. They should have handled it much better. There just seemed to be no thought whatsoever about little ears listening. Can't believe they left the shop open! No mention of a refund yet either!

@Sylcamore We were asked to leave whilst in the queue for the post office - ie to see Santa. Couldn't have been handled any worse as ruined the magic But they did keep the shop open to get the last few pounds off people...despite it being dangerous Expect a 10% discount voucher at best
