@thedavidcoen Use the API (support.symfonium.app/t/symfonium-ap…) and tasker or automate or macrodroid and it will work.

In theory, it should work if an app supports some URI schemes and supports Navidrome/Subsonic and autoplay. Any ideas? I already tried symfonium.app, Navsonic and Dsub with no success.

Android の subsonic クライアントで一番マシなので使ってるけど、いろいろと挙動が意味わからなさすぎる

symfonium の offline mode 意味わからない。有効化してから、navidrome のライブラリのうちその時点でキャッシュしてたアルバムだけ出てくるようになって、offline mode を無効に戻してもアルバム一覧からあらゆるアルバムが消えたまま戻ってこない

@fidgepee Thanks for the comparison ;) As soon as VLC will connect to Plex,Emby, Subsonic,..., have Smart playlists , auto offline rules, tasker API, fully configurable interface and all the rest. If you mean that they both play music then yes there's hundreds of music players ;)

found out that symfonium is basically just a paid version of vlc mobile

@SymfoniumMusic How difficult would it be to implement a sort by country option? I love the app and it's one of the few things missing that Plexamp does natively. I could create playlists to get around this but it would be cool if this was something built-in.

@arimasou16 Actually Navidrome does not expose the same data everywhere by choice. Maybe you can convince it's author that the option to change last added should also be applied to values returned by all Subsonic API endpoints.

Spent today trying to set up symfonium to be able to cast 30,000 mp3s to my TV set up. The app just cannot scan that many files. I never got past 5000 without it giving up and the android TV app you need needs so many work around to connect I've given up on it completely. 😭
