Unrelated but I feel like Gen X and Millennials had a generational run in terms of cultural influence and aesthetic taste. Hard to imagine how my generation, Gen Z would even attempt to match this total cultural dominance. "Aestheticmaxxing"?

@thsottiaux Guys stop being so generous, I'm making some incredible things that would have taken a team of 100 web engineers years to do in minutes and it's all your fault!

@doromiert I'm testing some other features to add. Maybe a nice leather calendar? Idk. I want this to feel 20 years ahead of the competition but not sure how I'd make it relate with Syndromatic lol For now will be working on the Sign In and WebDAV for SynCloudOS

SynCloudOS, the backbone of the upcoming Syndromatic website, has made INSANE strides as of late. What started as an obsession with Apple’s 2012 iCloud/CloudOS has turned into a proper web operating environment: appViews, windowedViews, runtime app presentation, NSE.AnimationFX, and the first real pieces of NSE.InterfaceFX. InterfaceFX is especially exciting because it finally lets the live website start matching the level of polish I was aiming for in the Atmo Design PSDs: glossy topbars, tactile buttons, reusable app shells, and a design language that blends modern web responsiveness with the elegance and physicality of classic skeuomorphic software. Journal.app is the big visual proof so far. Leather stitching, a paper notebook surface, a proper notes sidebar, tactile materials, yum. Atmo + NSE are finally working their magic. SynCloudOS baby.

Singapore can be a weird country: - Our Conservative ruling party is Pro-Immigration and our Progressive opposition parties are Anti-Immigration. Yes, the "liberals" are the ones opposing mass influx of migrants - Christianity is the second most popular religion among Singaporean Chinese right after Buddhism (just like South Korea). And even then, Christian Singaporean Chinese still have to follow Chinese traditions such as not sticking chopsticks into food or not gifting umbrellas. There are also Christian Singaporean Indians too. - We have a celebrity who has a Sikh Indian mix father and a Chinese Japanese mix mother. We all know who he is. - We are the only South East Asian country where English is the Franca Lingua. We are also the only developed country of South East Asia as of now (But one day our neighbors will catch up to us so its nothing to boast about) - We are multicultural yet still required to retain our heritage. Those from mixed race heritages have to retain both their parents heritage - Our laws are somewhat stricter than Japan yet our social etiquette aren't as strict. You can get a tattoo here and no one will care as long as you cover them up during work. - We have wild roosters roaming around. I talked about that before.

@JoeLogan__ @sidhant In order to build a skyscraper you need to start with the foundation first. India's GDP (and per capita wealth) today is roughly comparable to China in 2008. China wasn't nearly as capable back then. As Tame Impala said - Let it Happen!
