Why many L2s are useless @VitalikButerin has argued that L2s can’t justify themselves by scaling alone anymore. If an L2 doesn’t add real value beyond throughput, it’s not solving a user problem. Many L2s scale transactions. They don’t scale usage. @base adds something else: simple UX and apps people enjoy using daily. If people come back on their own, the L2 is doing its job.
