@Sync Sync support has died. It used to be I could get phone support. Now you have to pay extra for their "Pro" support. I'm now stuck at a new location with their broken app. No syncing. I opened a ticket many hours ago and am still stuck. Google Drive is looking good.

@Sync is great. Until it isn't. As a longtime user I'm learning the hard way that Sync doesn't take support seriously. Beginning Day 4 of waiting for them to fix a problem that has one of our two CAD stations down. Extremely disappointed.
@Sync I’ve been using your service for years. It’s been really really good but recently stopped working. I’ve now been on a support ticket for four weeks and can’t even get a response from your end over the last two weeks complete radio silence. Surely you guys are better?
I talked to a business yesterday using @Sync their $15/m plan, "unlimited storage"! He's got +40TB of video there! He noted it's super slow, so he just has it back up over night there...

This happened on multiple browsers on 2 computers.
Internet works fine (LAN/WiFi connections on fiber), otherwise I wouldn't even be able to write this.
Picture this, @Sync:
Client sends you a link to big project.
There are 1140 folders.
Your task is to download a single file from the folders that start with I-P.
There is no search, no opening folders in new tab, and every time you go back out, the entire page reloads.

For this type of error message, there's two different ways you can proceed:
1. Sign up for a Free Pro Trial account under: sync.com/free-trial/ You can allow the Trial to run out and then downgrade to the Free account.

So you scroll to the letter, enter folder, download, go back, you're placed on top again, you scroll back down to the letter, find next folder, and repeat all of that MANY times.
So, my question is this:
Does that seem efficient to you?

@Sync please help. I have requested support twice about sharing files through public link (I have not configured the link for end to end encryption), and I am told to login and wait 10 minutes to let encrypting finish. What does my logged in status have to do with recipient view
