Excited to announce that Valeria Aqrabawi has been promoted to Senior Manager, Asset Lifecycle Services at Synteq Digital. In this role, Val will lead the commercialization of our lifecycle service offerings including repair subscription contracts, storage, fleet refresh, and liquidation programs. She will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients in need of these services, and work cross-functionally to structure and close deals. Val brings the rare combination of client-facing sales and relationship management experience, hands-on process and logistics knowledge, plus an MBA and broad business knowledge. She knows how to close deals and understands what it takes to deliver on them. As we continue building out services that complement the hardware and infrastructure our clients purchase through us, this is a central role for our growth.

As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on an incredible year at Synteq. Growth & Expansion: Earlier this year, we acquired a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse in New Hampshire to support our operational growth and expanded into HPC and AI with the acquisition of CrunchBits. In December, we also entered into definitive agreements to acquire key real estate assets, including an ~10MW data center in North Carolina - further broadening our services and strengthening our infrastructure. Today, we announced a major milestone in Synteq Digital’s growth journey: we have entered into definitive agreements to acquire key real estate assets, including a ~10MW data center in North Carolina, from @HorizonKinetics and FRMO CORP in an all equity transaction. As part of this deal, Horizon Kinetics, a long standing partner and highly respected institutional asset manager, will join the Synteq shareholder base.
