We don't need a Surgeon General and we certainly don't need one with mindless anti-chemical agenda:
1. Pesticides are 100% safe when used as approved by EPA; and
2. There are no health or environmental benefits from "organic foods." As the Clinton USDA admitted when it announced the "USDA Organic" labeling program in 2000, "organic" is just marketing.
