Morning everyone. I'm waiting in for a plumber. Appointment slot is between 8.00am and 1.00pm. Sitting here waiting just does my head in. Its so stressful. - is it just me? Anyone else feel the same?

Be the light for someone else. I don't listen to radio 1 but I think Greg James said this well, this week.

My favourite people are those that take time to really listen. Those who leave ego at the door and can sit in silence (I cannot) One of those said this, i'd said it before but hearing it back when it mattered, mattered "I am, you are, we are."

Also what jobs do people do that allow them to be in the beer garden all day yesterday and today? There’s literally zero free outside tables in Manchester. Yesterday there were queues of people waiting in the middle of the day? You couldn’t move for beer garden folk.
