I never said it was, never have I said or implied that it was an excuse or that they should complain about getting free art after saving up the points. I just made the comment that it was a bit hard to get the points needed because I've seen people do art for 1k points and it took me months to get that amount of free points in app.

It's incredible disappointing to see a founding stream of Iriam pushing for the use of AI art. 😔 I also find is both hilarious and sad you tell people to "grow up" when you've talked on your own stream about how you have an AI girlfriend. That's truly unfathomable...

The only thing in that entire thing I could say is I think blacklisting people from commissioning artists outright is detrimental to the thing artists want. Each artist has their own right to decline individually from their previous use of AI art but it is sort of backwards to stop someone from supporting us if they really want to. Anyways whoever Suitoin is sounds kind of sucky and pathetic and AI sucks so... RIP He's an IRIAM founder, esp considering that the IRIAM staff are against AI being used for references even.

As someone else neurodivergent, I wouldn't say your comment is ableist at all, ik I'm not the OG poster but I watch streams and sometimes it is an awkward silence, but I think it's just because the advice itself most of the time I've seen it gets touted as the one-size-fits-all when nobody is one-size-fits-all and that is the part that's getting called ableist, at least from how I see it, and not the advice itself because advice generally doesn't work for everybody equally anyways.

@puppkats As a neurodivergent person myself, if people don't talk for over 10 seconds, i tend to dip. Unless there's stellar gameplay or a cutscene, it creates really awkward silence and makes me extremely uncomfortable. I'm curious, tho, to know how THAT is perceived as ableist~

Ngl a lot of the advice you older Vtubers have for new people to as Vtubers are extremely ableist and are only for neurotypicals. “Don’t ever stop talking - even 30 seconds of silence is bad” “If you aren’t making content for at least 4 platforms then you’re doing this wrong” “Make sure to be online all the time - you wouldn’t want to miss a trend” I’m obviously on my own pathway to growth but it’s really been eye opening as someone who has been talking with creatives and managers behind the scenes for a few months now to hear all this advice that just forces you into a box - from a space that preaches about diversity

Honestly the people saying this is probably why everyone IS expecting all this as a viewer, sure not posting everywhere you can hurts your visibility, the more people can find you, the better, that's just how simple numbers work, but it's not realistic. I've stopped reacting to people who share that advice with my criticisms because it just gets lost in the void, they don't care that it's not real advice, they just post it for the interaction or because of real ablistic privilege, who knows, both suck. My advice? Sure, posting on multiple platforms will boost your visibility, but if you can't, don't. Respect your body and your time, that'll be the only real way you grow with a community that's truly yours. That's all most people want anyways.

I'm so glad I never actually gave you any money and only used the free friend version, the fact that your CEO (potentially) had an AI even call him out that the AI bros are an extremely vocal MINORITY in all caps since it's like only 3 people and then 8 bots bought by one of them to further them into being broke agree with this. The fact you even kept the option for it to stay AI is pathetic and your PR team/attempt is null and void since the reviews on your game will never recover, they will not be taken down and anyone who looks in the reviews will know you all openly support ruining our environment, trying to force people to live with 5 times the utility bills, wasting our water, and shitting on every human being that has ever been creative in the world, past, present, and future, even your own devs.
