If you asked me this yesterday. I would've said I'm building a business without a doubt. Came to the realization today that I've been building to feel productive as I was afraid to ship. Product should've been live a while ago, but I have been delaying it. Kind of stuck on how to move forward... Should I revert to the original core product or should I keep building until all current features are production ready?

@TTrimoreau Honestly, I make own built in analytics on my platforms. Try to rely on 3rd parties as little as possible.

Is Google Analytics still the default choice today… or are you using something else? - Google Analytics - Plausible - PostHog - Mixpanel - nothing at all

I use publer for pushing auto posting to all social platforms, repurpose.io to push reels to TikTok, X, YouTube shorts and Facebook from IG. And my own system TeleCommandCenter for automated funnels, sales, and source tracking when they hit my system from any platform. It’s a pretty solid stack and saves tons of time.
