They're supposed to send one to every single person that passes the exam, but the system isn't really all of the way in place yet. I just think there will be a constant drip of them for a few years so there isn't really a reason to invest in them over something like the blue sentinel

Riftbound buy of the day: One of the most misunderstood, undervalued, and overlooked cards in the Riftbound market right now is the Blue Sentinel Judge Stamp promo. I don't think the market has priced in how scarce this card is. My estimate is that under 500 of these exist and likely under 400. This is a promo you could only get from judging a regional event during Unleashed. Let's say there is 500 of these, 25% of them might never hit the market due to a lot of judges being collectors as well and not wanting to sell a card they earned. So immediately lets say there is 375 of these. I personally own 2, some other people own a few each as well. How many are really available? A lot of people want to collect promos and will want to own one in the future. It's an iconic jungle monster that everyone knows if they have ever played league of legends(the most played game in the world). I think these will perform very well. Also just a note I don't like the Heimerdinger as much because they are continuously giving it out and I don't like the Svellsongur as much because it's not a thing in the game.
