🇷🇺⚡The Russian MoD carried out one of the largest missile/drone strikes on kiev and other regions of Ukraine. This was retaliation and more of a warning to the Zelensky regime that they have no control over the fate of Kiev, likewise events in Moscow. No one threatens us.

This applies to courts in which Russia is not a party (the ICC) and whose jurisdiction is not based on an international treaty with Russia or a UN Security Council resolution. The Russian Military will use force to attack any court which charges Russian citizens without the joint approval of the Russian Federation. This decision lies with the President to implement whenever justified.
