[NOTICE] #ALL Dear fans, this is NS RedForce. Due to the recent increase in gift deliveries to NS RedForce players, we have established new guidelines regarding gift deliveries that have been established through a comprehensive survey of our players. All NS RedForce players across all games share the training room and dormitory as common spaces. These changes are implemented to protect players with specific allergies, and we kindly ask for your understanding. 1. Gift Restrictions - Perishable food items(cakes, homemade lunchboxes, and any other food that can spoil) - Items with safety risks(flammable materials, containers with high-pressure gas, etc.) - Allergen inducing items(including plants such as flowers) 2. How to Deliver Gifts: In-person delivery to players is prohibited. ① Delivery to the NS RedForce office building - Address: NS RedForce, 4th Floor, 226 Digital-ro, Guro-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea - After sending the package, please send a direct message (DM) to the official NS RedForce Instagram account. ② Direct delivery to the office building - Available hours: Weekdays 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM *excluding public holidays - A DM to the official NS RedForce Instagram account at least one day before the intended delivery date is required. On the day of delivery, please contact us after arriving at the 1st floor of the office building, and a staff member will collect your gift. ③ Gift delivery at the arena (during the season) - In-person delivery to players is possible during the fan-signing events at the arena - In other cases, direct delivery to the players is prohibited. Gifts may be delivered through the staff at offline event booths or at fan meeting locations. *Due to Instagram DM filtering, messages may sometimes be missed.
