Methodical communication is one of our strongest assets as human beings. Ruminating without communicating leads to more problems, rather than solutions and I am so glad that the people in my life communicate to discuss and not just assign blame.

There is nothing that fixes a bad day like talking to your bestfriend and drawing strength from their words and their presence.
