@TAGASAING Why should text still be inside the safe zone even if it's not on the spine side? Wouldn't bleed lines already account for what's going to be cut off? Or is this for design purposes

of course, your reader can always crack the spine like they would to other paperbacks. but if your reader spent 700+ php on your book i kinda doubt they would do that for the most part

overall it's a background subplot and not important to the story, but i love alternate history

i cant stop making the world building weird even in a 'slice of life' setting.... i have one story that was a regular slice of life but it took place in an alternate timeline where the burnham project happened and it ended up putting us in more debt to the US than we already are
