Dr. Jonathan Reid, with Ling Ren and Yujin Kim, published “Police officers’ perceptions of drug-induced homicide laws” in Police Practice and Research. The study examines Texas officers’ views on DIH laws and their policy implications amid the opioid crisis. 👏Congrats, Dr. Reid!

Huge congratulations to Elisângela🎉 She will head to Bahia, Brazil to work with a Quilombo community for her dissertation. Her research on identity, resistance, and racial counter-framing will bring vital insight to these historically powerful communities. We’re cheering you on!
