An Immunology Laboratory was inaugurated at The Madras Medical Mission through funding support from Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd and facilitated by TANKER Foundation, May 15, 2026, by Mr. M. Anandan, Founder & Executive Chairman of Aptus, and his wife, Mrs Padma Anandan

HCL Foundation and HDFC handed over five dialysis machines each for the new dialysis unit at Ansari Nagar UPHC, Madurai, to be managed by TANKER Foundation. The machines were switched on May 14, 2026, by Mrs. Chitra Vijayan IAS, Commissioner, Madurai City Municipal Corporation.

An Immunology Department is being established at Madras Medical Mission Hospital, made possible through funding by Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd, and facilitated by TANKER Foundation. The inauguration will be by Mr. M. Anandan, Founder & Executive Chairman of Aptus.

A dialysis unit, to be run by TANKER Foundation in association with Madurai Corporation and Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, & supported by HCL Foundation & HDFC, is coming up at Ansari Nagar UPHC, Madurai. It will be inaugurated by Mrs. Chitra Vijayan, Madurai Commissioner.

A stall programme was held for the public at the Veeramamunivar Park, Mogappair, Chennai, by the TANKER Awareness & Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation, March 28, 2026, where the doctor from Ambattur Rotary Hospital conducted tests and provided free consultation.

TANKER Awareness & Prevention Program's Program Coordinator, Mr. Hemeshwaran, engaged the children of New Hope and New Life Children Home in Perumbakkam, Chennai, to lead a healthy life & prevent health issues, during the awareness programme of TANKER Foundation held April 2026.

A total of 51 employees of the Church of Christ, Kannikapuram, Pulianthope, Chennai, were screened at the camp conducted by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation March 28, 2006. Dr. Francis Britto guided the TAPP team of three members.

The doctor from the Ambattur Rotary Hospital provided free blood sugar testing and consultation at the stall programme organised jointly with TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation at Mogappair West Park, Chennai, March 21, 2026.

TANKER Foundation received a donation of 3 haemodialysis machines for 2 of its 15 dialysis units from Dishaa Foundation, the CSR wing of CMA CGM Global Business Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. The Ambattur machine was inaugurated by Mr. Franck Lingua, CMA CGM Global Business Services.

In all, 100 students of Jaigopal Garodia Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Choolaimedu, Chennai, participated in the awareness programme conducted by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation, March 20, 2026.

Dr. Prakash Shankar guided the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation screen 53 members of the general public at ActionAid India, Broadway, Chennai, March 18, 2026. Based on the outcomes, 12 high-risk individuals were referred to the nearest PHC.

In all, 41 conservancy staff of Mogappair West, Chennai, benefited from the screening camp conducted by the TANKER Awareness and Prevention Program (TAPP) team of TANKER Foundation at the conservancy staff office, March 8, 2026. Dr. Aashish guided the TAPP team.
