I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with your service. My home loan has been fully closed, and I have already received the NOC and all original documents. However, the MOD (Memorandum of Deposit) cancellation is still not completed.
Complaint No: MMR83801042026
Your customer care and branch team are repeatedly stating that MOD cancellation will take up to 30 days and that it can be done anytime within that period, asking me not to question or follow up. This kind of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Shockingly, this issue has been marked as “Resolved” without any actual resolution. Despite multiple emails and branch visits, there has been no proper action taken.
Due to this delay, I am facing serious problems during a family emergency and cannot afford to wait unnecessarily.
This kind of negligence from a reputed financial institution is highly disappointing. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this legally and through regulatory authorities.
Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve it without any further delay.
