I am begging men who are public figures to stop challenging each other to cage matches and just talk to a therapist. This is not as much concern for anyone's physical safety as it is an overwhelming sense of cringe being forced upon the rest of us when you embarrass yourself.

@harrylitman @AnneMuntean Yes. We all mentioned SCOTUS, but honestly, none o the crimes took place in DC, so I think that fact played way more of a consideration than the SCOTUS case. Of course, I have no idea behind his thinking. That’s just my personal take :)

Oh my--Court just issued opinion in the venue case that was making DOJ/Smith nervous, and held that a defendant tried in the wrong venue CAN BE RETRIED in the proper one. Meaning no real downside to have brought the MAL case in DC, where among other things no judges named Cannon.

@johncusack They have to look in specific places. The reason they were able to search MaL was because they had someone on the inside who could credibly tell FBI where to look. 3) They don’t believe anything is stored there. They have a record of what NARA says is missing, and it’s completed.

@johncusack I’ve heard a few theories: 1) they have searched but Trump didn’t blab about it. The only reason we know about MaL is because of Trump. 2) they don’t have specific and credible information that would convince a judge to grant a warrant. They can’t go in and search too to bottom

D.C. schools are reportedly cancelling outdoor activities because of the air quality alert, which I think is a big mistake. These kids have it too easy. Lifelong respiratory ailments build character.

@DecodingFoxNews I think people are confused. They hear “Don’t give DT oxygen” so often they think it’s gospel. We need to know what is supporters are hearing. That’s newsworthy. We do NOT need it sensationalized for profit. That’s the difference between your analysis and MSM’s over coverage.

Every now and then someone criticizes me for the annotated versions of Trump speeches that I make. They are unemotional, analytical and 2 minutes long. It’s the exact opposite of dedicating 2 hours to his every word. I can’t please everyone. I’m going to keep making these.
