Thanks for all your help & advice re finding a lift to work on the bikes! As it is I found a 2nd hand abba sky lift that should do the job nicely. I was considering I bench lift/stand but think the sky lift will work better for me 😎👍

@TBDismemberment @6thgearmotorcyc I love the ABBA stand - I got the dolly kit too so I can roll it about easily. As long as you reverse the procedure of getting it up correctly 🤣

Arthritis is stopping me rolling around on the garage floor working on bikes like I have for the last 40 years. I’ve got a abba bike stand & adapters, but you have to buy everything again if you want a sky lift at £500. Has anyone got any other suggestions for lifts I could use🤓

@TBDismemberment @6thgearmotorcyc You could always wrap a bit of tape around the fittings, They are not a supertight fit, They ones I have are not.

@TBDismemberment I’ve been using abba stands for many years & not had a problem. I’ve not tried the sky lift though 👍
