As a die hard fan of Star Fox... i just wanna say this potential hot take because i do genuinley mean it... I think making Krystal part of the team and not leaving her in the SF Adventures game was a mistake. She clearly comes from a more mythical/magical age not Fox's

Can play the entire game as the Starfox crew and it has Wolf DLC
Was actually a pretty fun game, i enjoyed it a lot

@onlyhereforpkmn As much as i loved Star Fox Zero. like 64 before it, it's a short lived experience and does need more. sadly being a classic railshooter for the full price would not sit well with critics or gamers. even if it was good.

The next Star Fox game just needs to copy the Star Fox 64 formula to get the franchise back in the limelight.
No gimmicks of Star Fox Zero and no open world dinosaur stuff from Star Fox Adventures, just a straight forward and upgraded rail shooter.
Simple as that.

I am honestly so Sick of everyone dissing Star Fox Zero. That game kicks ass, and its controls are actually good. I'm sorry, it's not a copy and paste control setup from every other first-party game, but after repeated playthroughs for years. Sounds like a SKILL ISSUE. Get Good.

@Ruleof2Review I disagree. Wart and others within the Mario universe are fair game enough to be expected to show up or at least be a possibility. Introducing a character from a completely different franchise and one many of us have a deep luv & hope for being a surprise would have been special.

Star Fox being promoted in *OFFICIAL* art for the Mario Galaxy Movie is not a spoiler.
It’s no different than Wart also being shown pre-release, or Donkey Kong & Mario Kart being featured in pre-release material for the first movie.
This is marketing, guys. Don’t overthink it.

@LonelyGoomba I'm inclined to agree. I was already going to go see the movie and if I had seen this in the film I would have cheered incredibly loud because I love Star Fox. I'm still happy to see it but all the same it would have been great to be surprised

@TheCinesthetic Ratigan was scary af but still I always loved this movie. I've just always been a mystery lover even as a kid and this is basically introducing kids to Sherlock Holmes just with some name changes, so fun.

@TheCinesthetic I remember being made quite uncomfortable by Ratigan having one of his henchmice executed by cat for a drunken slip-up, when I was very young.
That scene had a menace to it that other Disney deaths really didn't.
