Many thanks to the rector, staff, and seminarians of @TCCUA for inviting me and other Dominicans this evening to share in their celebration of #BlAgnesofJesus, a cloistered Dominican nun and mystic who helped to set Jean-Jacques Olier on the path to founding the #Sulpicians.
This past weekend, Our Lady of La Leche and Buen Parto, was solemnly coronated in the Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine by His Eminence, Carlos Cardinal Sierra, in the presence of @BishopEstevez and the faithful of @DOSACatholics . Present were our seminarians and student priest!
This week, we were pleased to welcome members of the academic faculty from the Schools of Theology, Philosophy, and Canon Law for Solemn Evening Prayer and the Faculty Appreciation Reception. Thank you, CUA Professors, for sharing your wisdom and talents with our seminarians!
Thank you @BpOlsonFW for your presence at our liturgy and homily offered at Theological College this past Monday! Know that you are always welcome back!
The 2021-22 Academic and Formation Year is now upon us! With all of the seminarians now safely moved in, we kicked off the year with our annual Mass & Opening Banquet. The mass was celebrated by the Rector, Fr. Dominic Ciriaco, PSS, with President Garvey of CUA in attendance.
Theological College was extremely blessed last Monday in welcoming Fr. Frank DeSiano, CSP of the Paulist Fathers as he opened the scriptures and broke the bread for us!
Holy Smokes! This past Saturday, Deacon Tom Lawrence (4T) of the Diocese of Richmond offered a very informative and interactive learning session to those interested on the many different types of incense, thuribles, and practices surrounding the liturgical act of incensation.
For the first time in decades, Theological College seminarians will enter into the Holy Triduum liturgy as a seminary community, culminating in the great joy which is Easter! Please keep the seminarians and faculty in your prayers as we enter into this most solemn liturgy!

This past Thursday, we were blessed by the visit of our shepherd of faith, Archbishop Wilton Cardinal Gregory. He celebrated the evening mass for the seminary community and gave the homily. Continue to pray for Cardinal Gregory and the mission of Theological College!
Every Tuesday evening during this Holy Lenten Season, our seminary community gathers to participate in the Stations of the Cross, remembering the suffering and passion of the Lord in preparation for the Easter joy that is to come.
