@TCOLougheed I just wanted to tell you that I loved the trio playing in the mall yesterday. The highlight was when they played #JingleBells for the kids at the play structure. Those little voices made my day!

@pissmillionaire [Continued] Wildlife Rescue has been onsite to help us retrieve the crow safely however the attempts have been unsuccessful. Guests' safety is our top priority and we appreciate your understanding and patience as our team work to safely retrieve the crow as soon as possible.

Lougheed Mall (@TCOLougheed) has a contract with a specific pest control company, but won't contact them to remove a crow that has been inside the mall since Saturday. If they won't deal with a problem this obvious, I wonder how often they ignore other health and safety issues!
