i wake up every day feeling like shit. i don’t say this for sympathy, but for shared curiosity. been like this for probably ten years or more. even on my deepest quests for health, eating super clean, crazy workouts, long distance cycling, with sex, without sex, short sleep, long sleep, never mattered. i wake up a ball of stress filled with crazy anxiety and just shitty feeling. i can get it under control with workouts, work, being around people, but i just never understood why i feel like that in the morning. rant over.
