@GabSutton Absolutely there have been mistakes made in the transfer market but my opinion (rightly or wrongly) is that a half decent manager could still have this squad in mid table. Feels like a bit of de ja vu when it was this time last year they were trying to deflect from Rooney too

I would question whether he's talked more negatively about summer transfers than necessary, for the position you're in where it's obvious it hasn't been great.

I thought Simon Hallett came across really well this evening. Every owner in the #EFL has made mistakes, yet I could only name 15-20 (approx 25%) of clubs, of the 72, that have one that would likely be prepared to admit to it: Hallett is one of those 15-20. Very easy, when everything was going well, to praise honesty and openness as a strength - well I still think it's a strength when results haven't gone as hoped, perhaps especially. Don't get me wrong: some big questions needed to be asked tonight, and to some extent they can only really be answered by forthcoming corrections and future fortunes. But I stand by that Argyle are lucky to have Hallett, and I still see him as a reason to believe in the club moving forward. #PAFC 🟢⚓️

I beg Argyle to employ someone who understands the basics of communications. Apparently “concern” maybe too strong a word. So losing all your best players, being relegated, sitting in the bottom three, having a totally imbalanced squad isn’t cause for concern. Jesus #pafc

I really like this communication from Argyle. Honest and open - respecting the views of the Green Army but also sticking to their own sense of the bigger picture. No question results and performances have to improve.
