Both the Marius Board and the GameSir G7 Pro 8K support true 8,000Hz (8K) polling rates, sending inputs every 0.125ms. In head-to-head testing, their delay differences are largely negligible for human perception, though they differ in form factor, weight, and build type. Basically your "night and day" is a slight difference that can be chalked up to a placebo because you know you paid 300 dollars for something just to believe it's that much better due to the price.
