Now I could be wrong and I think I read the correct police report here and from what I read the officer didn't kill his partner... Once again I could be wrong information could come to light that proves me wrong and I'd accept that but from what I can see a suspect inside the room had a firearm pointing it at the officers and opened fire the POV officer did fall back discharging his firearm but it doesn't seem like his firearm directly hit his partner it seems that whoever was inside the room lit up his partner... If anyone has any reports on this I believe I read a FOIA request of the actual incident report and it was a second suspect in the room...
