Because the capmaign is in Bilgewater, I'm starting there! First up is the Marai package that I'd built around Nami's Ebb and Flow mechanic. Marai Greatmother turns into a bit of a wall of text but I wanted to find a way to incorporate the wave spells as well

We’re reverting our buffs to Vayne and Kai'Sa which ended up warping the meta too much both for our players at home and our competitors prepping for the Tactician's Crown this weekend. These reverts are targeted to go live by end of day. We'll report back when the changes are live.

@icarus_407 I’m still sad I never found a good way to make 6 piltover+Jinx work. The best I’ve gotten is like a 4 piltover version that’s just a variant of the standard Freljord+Jinx and doesn’t really fit until level 10 at which point you’re probably dropping half the shitter units anyways

Hey everyone. As promised, here are the 16.6 Patch notes as is that will be on PBE after todays deploy. Reminder, this is not something we normally do, but we're trying to keep competitive folks in the loop. This is like 95% final. There's one last day for adjustments and feedbacks, and I know the team already snuck in a couple more this morning that will show up in tomorrow's final build. Otherwise don't expect a ton of changes from here on out. So far response from the folks playing has been positive, which has been good. Tim and I are also going to try to get the rundown video out a bit earlier if we can. Ok, that's it for today. Have fun!

Follow up from yesterdays post about unlocks changing in 16.6. The first batch of changes will be heading to PBE either later today or tomorrow, but wanted to give everyone the first glimpse of what we are changing. Attached is the full list of every planned unlock change. If it's not listed, assume it is not changing. Next, let's talk about follow up changes. We know we can't just make these changes and call it a day, and they will have impacting effects on balance. The balance changes won't be on PBE quite yet (team is working on it), but some stuff you can expect include: -Shadow Isles scaling adjusted so the champs are better base units and not as reliant on souls -Ixtal nerfs to compensate for easier access to their 4 costs -Veigar and 8 Yordle nerfs -Prismatic quest augments reworked or disabled -General balance for all the champs based on their accessibility -and more! I'll also note that these are NOT final. One of the reasons we're getting them to PBE ASAP is to be able to have time to respond to feedback. If folks end up with some strong negative feels after trying them out, we'll be sure to adjust before our patch locks. If you end up playing these on PBE, give us feedback. We'll be paying pretty close attention to things like scrims. And all the changes will be LOCKED by next Wednesday so if you are looking for stable practice, after that day will be the best.
