Our Inclusion Centre Management provision supports schools to keep students engaged in education, reduce reliance on external alternative provision, all while protecting learning and maintaining high expectations. We deliver a fully managed, in-house inclusion centre that sits within the mainstream school environment. Students follow a structured, academic timetable that mirrors the school day, and we do not use part-time timetables. This approach ensures continuity of learning and prevents students from spending time outside the classroom or disengaging from education altogether. This inclusive approach supports positive Ofsted outcomes by demonstrating effective use of resources, strong school integration and a clear commitment to keeping young people included and learning. By using a school’s existing space and resources, our model creates significant cost efficiencies. In-house provision typically operates at around 40% of the cost of external alternative provision, delivering savings of £150,000–£200,000 while achieving high-impact outcomes for students. Schools benefit from full operational outsourcing, with Think for the Future taking responsibility for recruitment, staff performance, training and quality assurance. Every centre follows our established TFTF blueprint and is continuously monitored to ensure consistency, quality and impact. By supporting students to build confidence, resilience, and practical life skills, I aim to help set them up positively for the future.
