@TF_Proto A mixture of sanitiser and a multitude of bacteria. Can also be coming from the on site lab. At least when I was working as a microbiologist in a hospital in Australia we had a lab in the main building, growing peoples flesh eating bacteria in dishes stinks. Plus the morgue….
