@mick_hynes Thank you for waiting Mick. After checking here with the transport operator we can confirm the buses are actually serving the Rathcoole stop. There is an issue with the app causing them to appear as cancelled. We are working on getting this fixed. Regards, MF

@TFIupdates this happens so often with this route and no signs of it getting better. Middle of the day on a sunny Saturday so can't blame weather or rush hour. Seriously this needs to be fixed

@TFIupdates Sorry I meant C1, not C2. There’s no apparent reason for the delay. We can see the bus on the stop before Ashton for around 10 mins. Looks like a delay on driver change

@TFIupdates 16 bus, stop 270 at about 19.15 decided not to stop at the correct stop. When I saw him, I ran to the incorrect stop he was at. He saw me. I put out my hand in case he pulled away which he did. The next 16 was able to stop at the correct stop. Joke of a service.
