Over 24 hours and still no solution from #AMEX. Meanwhile my #BAPremiumPlus card remains blocked and I lost out on 3x the points on a transaction I had to undertake. Complete absence of #customerservice
13 years of loyalty to @AmexUK (#BAPremiumPlus). Paid each balance in full. Despite that, was put through a harrowing 2-month KYC loop—repeatedly uploading docs, getting "no further info required" confirmations, only to have my account suspended today. Hours wasted. Has anyone else faced the back office incompetence? Please escalate this. #KYC#Amex
