High School sports aren’t supposed to “prepare players for the next level”
It’s simply competition between schools!!
No clock is the way the game is to be played at that level at least in Indiana

He’s coaching in the MAAC. It’s not the same as coaching in the old PAC 12. Danny Sprinkle crushed at Montana State and Utah State and can’t win at Washington either.
My gut says he outperforms expectations as MAAC is a substantial step down from old PAC12 and he’s going to have all the resources.
