I watched that during my post-graduate summer Finance internship at a Fortune 500 company and turned down a big offer to stay because the job was exactly like the movie, TPS reports and all. Moved into a sales job, turned that into a career making weird videos on the internet. Forever grateful for Office Space.

@businessbarista So true. When I work with industry experts, it’s always my preference to organize it like a fireside chat with an emcee/trainer mindset to help pull out the applicable nuggets. Unfortunately have seen too many get lost in stories and lose their audience.

I’m fascinated by story arbitrage. This idea that millions of experts in thousands of fields have incredible stories to tell, lessons to share, and insights to give. But they don’t have the skills or time to share this knowledge with the world. If you can figure out a way to help them do that you can perform story arbitrage and give/receive an insane amount of value.
