Video from Taylor Minan in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood shows a street takeover that is reported to have happened early Sunday morning near S. Kinnickinnic Avenue and E. Lincoln Avenue. A neighbor that spoke with TMJ4 News says it lasted about an hour before police arrived.
