I'm open-sourcing Spotlight — my Claude Code plugin for investigations. It's an orchestration layer that spawns investigation and fact-checking sub-agents in a cycle, prompting you for direction at each gate until the findings are approved. It requires Firecrawl, Exa or Tavily to ground its research by scraping and storing evidence locally. With Claude's latest release, Spotlight runs on your device and takes leads from your phone. When findings pass your gate, /ingest archives everything into Obsidian as structured entity notes. Next week: adding monitoring via RSS and the coJournalist API.
