The Reserve was non-circulating so no price impact, but the supply picture is now much cleaner for anyone looking at $RUNE for the first time. With @THORChain v3.17 going live, my ADR 023 went into effect burning 64.4M $RUNE from the Protocol Reserve This puts the circulating supply of RUNE just north of 360M, and should come under it shortly. This was non-circulating RUNE so the price wasn't impacted, but it should make understanding the RUNE supply much simpler for potential investors as well as dampen calls to "spend" the Reserve (and thus dilute the value of all RUNE holders)
